At the beginning of the project we spend time understanding your business needs and defining your objectives. From this preliminary research, we put together the project scope document that all stakeholders agree and commit to.
Drawing on my knowledge of the design and creativity, an appealing design layout for your review and approval. I am aware the design is subjective, and do understand that constructive feedback and client involvement is essential to achieve the desired results.
Once I have your approval of the project scope, we have everything we need to build the website. When the website is ready for review, I will setup a reviewing link where the client can review everything and give feedback on the product.
At this stage we can test the functionality of the website. I will also help train the client how to use and navigate around the website. It is important here we go through everything and make sure the website is functioning on how it was designed to work.
Once the final go ahead has been given, time to migrate the website to the operating server and turn the statistic tracking on to make sure everything is working like it should.
Post a successful launch, I look to make sure everything is functioning properly. Discussion about ongoing support packages will be the next phase after everything is launched.
